I'd like to make the edges of this picture look like a cloud. Instead of being a rectangle I'd like kinda wavy cluod edges.

Here are a few options. Probably not exactly what you are looking for but I'm just been playing with it some. I don't know yet how to get exactly what you described. I'm sure there is a way but I'm still learning an new photo editor program while I'm doing this. See what you think. May give you something different while I, or others, work on something better.
