I wear glasses and I find wearing the 3D glasses over my regular glasses uncomfortable, so I was thinking about getting a pair of the clip-on 3D glasses you can buy for movies, gaming, etc. I’m not at all worried about how they’ll look and I was wondering if anyone has any recommendations or if anyone else has used these at any of the 3D attractions in the parks.

Have not tryed but good idiea where do u get them at

AFIK, the 3D attractions at WDW use polarized lenses to generate the 3D effect. Be sure what ever you wind up buying has polarized lenses and that they are the right "sense" for the films.

For that price I am going to order them just to try. We are a family of 5 with glasses .

Those won't work at WDW. Their system doesn't use the red/blue glasses. They use polarized lenses instead.

Yep absolutely will not work.

Ones you get for 3D movies at Theaters may not work either because there are different systems that use polarized glasses but in a different way.

Thanks just went back to Amazon and they have polarized lenses that say good for Disney . They were a little more . Do you think these will work also worried because everyone has transition lens

See my edit above.

Maybe, WDW doesn't necessarily use Disney 3D in the parks. Disney 3D is kind of a Brand of 3D projection used for Theatrical releases.

Most attractions use older non circular polarized glasses.

I would just bite the bullet and wear the glasses that they give you at the parks over your glasses. It's a little uncomfortable, but it's only for a few minutes (what's the longest 3D show at WDW anyway? 20 minutes?). There are all sorts of slightly different 3D technologies that there is a huge chance whatever you buy online wouldn't work.
