I cashed out for Disney Dollars in mid August. I have contacted guest services numerous times. I was told they were sent out. I have not received them yet and I keep sending messages to guest services and I am getting no response. This is the first time I have cashed out with CTTM. Are they usually better about awarding prizes?
 
Not really I cashed out quite awhile ago and have been promised numerous times I would have my paypal. Nothing yet it used to be a great site


Update: Bonnie has since sent me my reward so I am going to have to reverse what I wrote above it still is a great site to do!!!!!
 
Try sending a PM to Bonnie (bcorso). She is the webmaster/owner of CttM, and she is good about answering PM's. I had to PM her about my Target GC, but after sending her a PM, I got my GC about 2 weeks later. Hope this helps!
 
YES!!! Please PM me!!!! My host put me on a new mail server (again! the last one they claimed they were phasing out as it is old and not functioning properly). I've been spending today catching up like crazy. I am not liking the new mail program, it is not user friendly.
My Outlook crashed so I am transferring all my files onto my laptop as well. About 2 weeks ago there was some virus that went around and got me as well as several family members. It basically wiped out my system so I can only see ghosts of programs.


Carol, I need you to PM me, I am unable to send your redemption ~ your account email isn't registered. I've not been able to access email to see if you got my reply.

If you go up to Bonnie's post and click on her screen name on the left, it will bring up a list of choices. One of the choices is "send bcorso a private message". Click on that and you'll be able to message Bonnie.

It's like a private email for these boards.
 
I have emailed Bonnie and at first she said she would get back to me in a few days. Since then, I have sent numerous emails to her stating that I never recieved my Disney Dollars and requesting status. I still haven't received a response. What do you think I should do? Any advice? Thanks.
 
goofygaston, send her a PM (private message). Bonnie responds quicker to the PM's than she does to e-mail.
 
Thanks for the advice. I have emailed, PM, and wrote messages through guest services thru CTTM numerous times with no answer. Like I said she answered at first and now has not gotten back to me. I have tried every means possible to communicate with her and she hasn't responded.
 
It takes absolutely forever to get redemptions from Click To the Magic.....I have been in contact with Bonnie C. many, many times, only to be given zillions of reasons/excuses for not getting them.....I am owed well over $100 in gift cards......have never gotten them, so I told her she could give me Paypal instead........haven't heard from her since, even though I contacted her through here.
I give up! I have gone to other points programs, where you actually get your gift cards/awards in one, two weeks....no kidding! Try programs like MyPoints, CreationsRewards, Free Ride (they now have available 1,300 free points a day!!!), etc.
Hope you have better luck than I've had......I really doubt I'll ever see my GCs or Paypal :( !!!

I still am trying to get in touch with Bonnie. She has not answered any of my emails, PM's or Guest Services through CTTM. I have tried every possible means to communicate with her. Does anyone think I should post on other message boards? Maybe she'll see it and answer. I have had several people send me private messages that they have had the same kind of problems with redemption. They also said after they complained about not recieveing their redemptions that they would get no response from her. Any suggestions or advice? Thanks.
 
My advice (and I don't mean this in a snarky way) is to let it go. I tried and tried to get my redemption from her, sending PM's here, sending email through her site, etc., all to no avail. I got promises of rewards being sent, but no rewards. So I just wrote it off as a lost cause and now I don't do anything with her site. Yes it stinks not to get what I'm owed and I think it's a lousy way to run a site, but the amount of time I was spending trying to get her to respond just wasn't worth it. There are lots more rewards sites out there that do pay and I'm just going with them. When someone asks about CTTM, I don't recommend the site. I know Bonnie had/has a lot of personal stuff going on, but I just think if she can't fulfill her obligations to the site, she should have closed it down rather than keep awarding points and taking orders for redemptions she couldn't fulfill. Sorry if that sounds harsh, but that's the way I feel. I'm sorry that you can't get your redemptions but if it makes you feel any better, you're not alone. :rolleyes:
 
Thanks for your comments. It is just sooooo frustrating. I just can't believe how unprofessional it is to not respond to the numerous emails I have sent. Thanks anyway
 
It is really maddening and frustrating, to be owed $140 in gift cards, and all one gets are "flimsy" excuses....time after time after time.........I have been more than patient with Bonnie......I just want my gift cards..........this is a LOT to lose out on. Bonnie really needs to shut down the web site.......she just cannot ever manage to get caught up with her redemptions and keeps countless numbers of people just hanging.........I for one am sick of it all.
It's too bad there's not a place online where we can really complain and turn a person in.......grrrrrrrrrrr.
And now, since I have complained, she refuses to talk to me at all.......oh well, I feel that what goes around, comes around. Life goes on, and I am not going to dwell on this. I got burned and burned VERY badly.......never again!

Wow! This makes me nervous but I have received redemptions from Bonnie in the past before so I'll give her the benefit of the doubt. My DBF told me that he just cashed out today so I'd better warn him just in case. He's getting a Paypal reward so maybe he'll have better luck :confused3 I'll post if he gets anything.

It makes me a bit nervous too. I cashed out for paypal a few weeks ago. I've always been paid in the past though, so I have hope. Please post any updates.
 
Sorry to say that I haven't been paid either :( I've been waiting since last December. I know Bonnie has a lot on her plate right now, so I'm hoping things turn around soon :(
