Click to the Magic: not verified?

I just signed up at Click to the Magic. I entered my information but the site still says "you are not verified". What exactly does this mean??

I've checked my email and I've not received any kind of confirmation links to click on or anything. Is there some step that I've missed?

I've been a member for awhile and the site just started saying this to me, as well. Don't know why. I've looked and made sure my email is correct, etc. and can't figure it out.

OK.. What is Click to the Magic?

It's a rewards program where you can earn many, many rewards to go towards Disney (ie. disney dollars)

Has anyone been paid recently? Bonnie said she'd send my reward out two weeks ago and I haven't heard anything.
