Clearwater Beach Hotels

We will be staying at Clearwater Beach for a couple of days at the end of our WDW trip. Has anyone stayed at the Palm Pavillion Hotel or the Clearwater Beach Hotel? How were they? We will have two boys (10 & 12) in the party.
