A few years ago when browsing (and expecting to pay upwards of $200) for a jogging stroller at Target.com, I saw a really nice one for $9 with free shipping. I figured, "what the heck" and ordered it.
It was a brand new, brand name stroller, really well-made, and the box wasn't even dinged. I kept checking the price and eventually it went up to $399.
Unfortunately though, because I only paid $9 for it, it gave me very little incentive to exercise.
