Clear Plan Fertility Monitor

Does anyone know how to reset the monitor? I used it 5 years ago when I got pregnant with my son and now want to use it again and need to reset it but the manual does not tell you how to do it. Help Please!

I did that and it doesnt tell me how to erase past cycles - it only tells you how to reset for each month when you start your period. I havent used it in years so I need to know how to erase info in it and start over.
