cleaning service and towels

We are not DVC members - but have rented points to stay at Villas this fall.
We are only staying 7 nights so I know we'll have "trash and towel" service on day 4...and I know we can pay extra for full cleaning or extra trash and towel days.

I do have two questions
1. Do I need to plan ahead for days if I'm going to pay to have the extra cleaning or TT day? or on Tuesday if we decide we need to have the room cleaned can we just call and have it cleaned on Tuesday or Wednesday?

2. If we elect to not pay for extra services - can we still go to the front desk and pick up extra/clean towels our self? And same with trash - is there someplace we can take out our own trash?

You can purchase an extra towel pack in between cleanings - I believe it is $6.

As for trash, there is a trash room you can take your trash to - just ask at check-in if they will mark the one closest to your room on the map.

I don't know anything about the additional cleaning though.

I believe they prefer a 24 hour notice on extra cleaning services.
