Cleaning issues at the Dolphin

We are staying at the Dolphin this is our third night and there has been hair on our floor since day one, there are dirty spots all over the bathroom floor, the shower had dirt that we would up cleaning off, we spilled a little yogurt on the table and that didn’t get cleaned up either. We opted in for cleaning services but it just seems to be they’re changing the sheets. We have complained about the room not being cleaned properly and they said they would take care of it but they haven’t. I would expect at a deluxe level hotel it would at least be clean. Has anyone else had this type of issue at the Dolphin?

Not good enough. You want the Manager on Duty, the General Manager, or the Housekeeping Manager - ideally, in your room.

That’s what we did! Hopefully this time they will clean it but the Dolphin has been extremely underwhelming and downright bad at times.

My experience last month at the Dolphin wasn't that great either. I keep things clean, so most of the time things were fine. Then came the day where they didn't leave us any toilet paper, but moved all of our toothbrushes out of the plastic glasses into glass ones. Still gives me the icks to think of housekeeping cleaning, and then handling out toothbrushes for some strange reason.
