Cleaning/Ironing Services

Can anyone direct me to the price list for cleaning/pressing services? I am an ironing freak and don't want to be spending my time in line waiting for the iron.

We sent out several shirts on our first day and it was sooooo worth the $12.00 I spent to not have to iron myself!!!

"Dry Cleaning:

Pants $4.25
Jackets $4.50
2 piece suit $7.00
Shirts $3.50
Ties $2.00
Evening Dress $8.00
Skirt $4.50
Blouses $4.00

Laundry prices:

Shirts $3.00
Pants $3.50
Short Pans $2.50

There is a "pressing only" service at 50% of dry cleaning cost.
Regular Service is next day by 5 pm

Same day service add 50% of dry cleaning (picked up before 9am and returned by 5 PM)

Express Service add 100% of dry cleaning (call for pickup, returned in 3 hours)"




We just cruised in August and we spent about $250. on cleaning and pressing for the entire 10 days (cruise was extended because of Hurricane Frances). When we first got onboard the ship, I sent out about 6 dresses, 3 or 4 blouses, 6 men's dress pants, 4 suits, and 7 men's dress shirts to be pressed. During the week, we sent all of our laundry out to be cleaned. I do remember that 1 pair of underwear was $1.25. LOL That's all I remember for specific prices. Believe me, the $250 was well worth it to NOT have to worry about laundry, or wrinkling our formal clothes during traveling to the ship. And they did a wonderful job, too.

I don't remember the prices but for ironing it was very reasonable! I brought a ton of stuff in a bag, clean and it was unpacked first, filled out the form and as soon as I saw our cabin steward he took it. He had it back in our cabin after dinner the first night (guess, they didn't have much to do!). It was awesome to have everything I needed ready to wear.

That's the exact info I was looking for. When we took our first cruise, I didn't know how the ironing service and spent a lot of time in the laundry room waiting my time for the iron. It's a nice convenience to offer and I will certainly take advantage of it.

I sent my stuff out to be pressed and it was back way before 5:00 the next day.
