My daughter has a pair of pink pearl Crocs and the toes are filthy! Any thoughts on how to clean them?

One thing I wouldn't recommend is your dishwasher! Some have done w/ success, others not so much. Mine shrunk when I tried it.

A few things I have tried:
- using a scrub sponge w/ Clorox Clean-Up
- throwing them in the washer with detergent and some bleach

Both have given me good results.

I bet the Magic Eraser would be good too.

I'll give the Magic Eraser a try!

The local department store that carries Crocs here sells a product called Croc Butter. I have not used it, but it claims to work well. Has anyone tried it?

Crocs Butter works....armoral also works - don't spray the bottoms, though. It will be very slick.

My dh decided to wash ours right before our trip in February. Of course, it was winter so we didn't wear them before the trip. When we arrived - they were too small! Yup, he put them in the dishwasher! Mine shrank at least a full size, the kids could get their feet in but they were tight. We ended up buying new pairs for the kids at World of Disney just so they would be comfortable around the parks - they live in their crocs while we're there. I didn't bother replacing mine as I only wear them occasionally anyways. My advice: wash by hand!

We just use a regular kitchen sponge and dish soap. Works like a charm. :thumbsup2

if you put them in your dishwasher use the top rack. I have washed mine several times in the dishwasher

I wash my DS with dish deteregent and then shine them up with the crocs butter. They come out looking like new. Works for the jibbits too.:)

I throw ours in with a load of towels. I use hot wash/cold rinse. Don't put them in the dryer!

If they are really muddy, I'll rinse them off first.

Who carried the croc butter? I have seen it if a Hallmark in VA by my MIL but I am not driving there for it! Where else have people seen it?

Oh, and the magic eraser works like a charm!

I cleaned DD's crocs (with jibbitz) using good old fashioned soap, water and a small scrubbing brush (old toothbrush will work just as well). I think it took me all of 5 minutes and a little energy: no major scrubbing required. DD's Mary Jane Crocs are a pale blue/green colour - Sea Foam, maybe - I can't remember the name of the colour!

The shoes cleaned up really well and I left them to dry naturally outside. They dried pretty quickly too (after all, that's one of the main reasons why they're such good shoes for Disney!). It never occured to me to put them in the dryer. And I can't imagine putting shoes that have been worn outdoors in public places in the dishwasher!

Does anyone know if you can get replacement parts for crocs? My DD has broken both of the straps on her mary janes and lost a fastener on her replacement pair. I will be spending a small fortune on crocs this year.
