Cleaning Brick Efflorescence...?

We just signed a contract to have new trim and gutters put on our house, and also some stonework on one part of our house where we had siding.

We have a mostly brick house, and have some efflorescence in a few areas that we would like to take care of before they come and do the work on the house.

Can anyone recommend a good product to clean up the brick?

The usual is muriatic acid. Dangerous stuff to work with; be careful.
