Clay Aiken's clown shoes on AI...?

Yeah, I'll just jump in here cause it's a Clay thread so I HAVE to....

His feet are ENORMOUS. I know this because I stepped on him, underestimating the size of his foot in a sandal last summer.

I prayed to the Lord for grace, wit, and charm the day that I met him...yeah, that didn't happen. I instead tromped on his toes, apologized profusely, and had to endure his snark afterwards.

Well this "style" of shoe- that super long pointy shoe for men, is the new "metrosexual" shoe of choice. They are all over NY and are even worse in person. So size 13 or not... they are still ugly shoes.

Yeah, I don't know why they do that. They do need a drooly smiley for moments like meeting Clay though. I'd use about 10 of those anyway, so I wouldn't run the risk of the message being too short.

LOL!! A Claymate in training! He's 6 feet 1 inch tall(I googled too), so he needs a good base to stand on!!

I'm 6'2" and my base ain't that big! I'm a 10.5/11.

A little FYI:

Michael Sandecki, the guy who claims to be Clay's biggest fan and the guy on the finale with him, posts on the AI boards! He sounds like a sweet funny guy. He had nothing but nice things to say about the finalists... mad props to Clay and MY GUY, Taylor... he's sounds like he's still in shock.

And he calls Clay "My Baby"...?????

My dd was reading, and she told me that Clay bites his toenails, so he wears big shoes to keep his toenails clean. Anyone still after that? She read it in Disney Adventures.

Oh, and someone mentioned another singer in that clip? I just saw one singer. The one with the big shoes
