If I do the CP I will be starting after I graduate undergrad. So I was wondering what classes they had for the CP and if I HAD to go to them. And what they are like.

You aren't required to take the classes, but they aren't like normal classes. They have profession-building courses that will help you build your resume, cover letter, etc.
You'll just have more time to yourself and you get to play in the parks! (as said before )
If you do take a class you tell your location what day it is and they will schedule you around it. My class was on Wednesdays so I was guaranteed Wednesday off. I ended up dropping the class because I wanted to sleep in and spend my days off in the parks!
It should be noted that if you're interested in doing the Disney College Program at the Disneyland Resort in California, you will be required to attend Disney Education Courses.
Failure to do so on a regular basis is a violation of the terms of the California-Site CP Work Status, and will be considered as grounds for immediate termination.
