Clarion Suites Resort World

We have made reservations for next May there. We have to go to a timeshare meeting. Can anyone offer any advice or tips on the hotel?

It's been a few years since we stayed there. If it's the one on Poinciana Blvd. or Rd., it's kind of old now. That's the one with which I'm somewhat familiar. There was one section where the units were single level, which appeared to be newer. The section with the multi-level apartments was older. There did not appear to be much room for expansion, but it's possible they've done some new units.

The 2 br. units contained the standard amenities for condos: full kitchen; 2 baths; all utensils; washer/dryer.

Our first stay, the desk staff was not particularly nice. The second time, there was a better group.

It's just off I-192 which makes it convenient to everything.

We did not have to do a timeshare tour, so don't know what kind of pressure they apply.

Believe there is another Clarion Suites Resort in Lake Buena Vista. Don't know anything about that one.

Might I suggest you look also look at hotelkingdom.com. They have deals on condo type units with and without the tours. They have some GREAT reduced rates with a tour.

Resort World is the oldest of the resorts this company has..there is also Spas & Villas which are newer..I have heard its mediocre, not bad but not super great..
