We are flying BWI to MCO tomorrow. ME tags never came. I know we can just give them our claim tags and they will get our bags for us but have heard there is more of a delay in receiving your bags doing it this way. We were thinking of claiming our own bags and putting them on the bus ourselves. Are there carts you can use to get your bags from the claim area to the ME welcome center? Are there individuals you can pay to cart your bags for you? And lastly how much do I tip the bus driver per bag. Do I tip when they put my bags on the bus or when they get them off? Or both? Thanks.

And at MCO I would start on level 3 then go to level 2 to get my bags from baggage claim then to level 1 for ME. Is this correct?

Yes, you arrive on level 3. You will need to go down to level 2, of the side you arrived on, to baggage claim. If you have arrived on Side A of MCO, you will then have to return to level 3 with your bags, and cross over to Side B, then go down to level 1. If you arrived on Side B, after you get your bags on level 2, just keep going down to level 1 to get to DME checkin.
You should be able to get luggage carts that you can load up. I don't recall seeing anyone with them down at DME checkin, but that doesn't mean it's not an option....just means I didn't look!
You tip when you get off the bus...about $1-2 per bag.
