Plus most hotels have privacy policies. If you aren't a registered guest I cant give you a key, address any of your issues, etc. Not to mention fire code.
Most hotels will not keep track of all guest in rooms so you can get away with it.
Disney will charge you if they find out or kick you out.
I strongly advise you not to do this at Disney.
Really honey its not worth the trouble of cheating a hotel out of the extra person fee.
