I sent my letter. It turns out that my ban is until 2017 so I am hoping that the ban will be lifted.

I know don't worry about it. The way I am looking at it is that if they want to ban me for 12 years over a small thing like that, I don't know if I want to continue to play the game.

A little over a 11 year ban. That's just wrong. I get that they think that you were impersonating staff, but you weren't. You were doing a Halloween costume, and Halloween is supposed to be a holiday that you can be anything on. If you had gone and said that you were VMK staff and then judged the contest falsly, that would be worth a ban. But that is just wrong. This is a misinterpitation and should look at what you were doing for the costume, instead of just saying too bad and banning you.

They will not reconsider. They never reconsider. Once they take you away, you are gone forever. And even if they let you back, the game is no fun anymore, and you'll most likely not want to play anymore.

Skater, dear, I would not give up hope. They allowed FlyThenFall back and with CL status, so I am sure if you explain this was a funny costume idea, you will be reinstated. You have always been one of the nicest and, more importantly, REALISTIC CL's out there and it would be a shame to see you go.

I became concerned about someone doing this earlier this afternoon. I saw a player on there doing the same exact thing and it caused a lot of problems. I had to calm down a room of over ten people who jumped on this person to be judged and explain how to correctly identify a VMK Staffer. Then, I kindly discussed why this is not a good idea to the member who quickly changed her costume. As a result, I can see both your side as well as VMK's. It is a shame that it has happened to such a good CL.

I know just what to do! WE CAN ALL REPORT IT! Thats what most CLsm do when the ban makes no sense at all! Also, VMK should have ban Kinka and sis a long time ago! They have been faking staff since beta when they had flips for crying out loud! At least now they can't anymore no green ears . Also, VMK staff should reward you! they should be happy that they are wanted!! Not ban you!Crazy talk! I'm sending my letter in right now, who's with me?!

I thought it would be a cool idea for the costume contest to say my costume was a VMK Staff wannabe but i just got a message saying I have been banned because i impersonated a staff member. Well I guess I am done with VMK.

AdioSkater, if you decide to try a different game, I've been playing "Puzzle Pirates" after VMK hours. The game is 24 hours and there is no dictionary. You can say anything you please. No one cares.

Ok, I am fed up with vmk events and staff. First of all, why has my 2 month old CL application not been replied to? Second, after the maze fiasco, which you chalked up to ' ghosts ' instead of saying you were wrong, when a bunch of people asked ' why don’t you open more rooms to make lines more manageable?' and today we have to wait in lines of 770+ people? Lastly, the prizes for the costume contest? That is just sad and rude to the players who worked hard to come up with the costumes, why should some get inferno while others get a pumpkin? Look at the mobs of angry people on vmk forums, who spent hours today trying to get into the badly designed event. I have even read of a person who was so upset that she is considering not going to DLR for quests but sea world. Then the banning of CL_Adioskater for dressing up like staff for Halloween? Why? I have seen and reported players saying sexual comments and other sick things, and they get one day bans, then he dresses like staff and BOOM! He is banned till 2017. I would NEVER see this at a real Disney park, and why should your virtual parks be ANY different from the real ones?

i really think you should get unbanned adio, this is a tragedy to vmk.

The sad part was that he was not telling other players he was a staff
member. He was joking about it as a potential Halloween costume, not
to be taken seriously. I think the VMK White Glove has come down way
too hard for that situation.
