CL Planners Question

We are staying in CL at the POLY in August. When I made the reservation, the CM told me that I could begin making ADRs on 2/9. If I wanted to take advantage of the itinerary planners for CL, do I need to contact them? Or will they contact me? I want to make sure I get all of my ADRs in early.

It's best that you should contact them right away so you can tell them when your stay is and what ADR's you would like them to make. I have noticed that if you do not contact them they will eventually e-mail you, however it's best that you make the 1st move and e-mail them.
