Has anyone used or dealt with CJ Timeshares and/or Timeshare Closing Services, Inc.?

I would appreciate your experience.

Thank you.

Check Better Business Bureau of Central FL for both and Florida Department of Business & Professioal Regulation for broker. Use their license portal to verify license and check for complaints.

I have used Timeshare Closing Services with no trouble.

I have no knowledge of CJ Timeshares.

Excellent. Thank you very much. I joined over there, but didn't think to check it.

I'm new to even considering a timeshare and it seems to be a very unique buying dynamic. We are considering DVC since we love WDW and have two young children, but DVC being a fairly expensive timeshare makes it a very calculated financial decision.

I recommend that you call The Timeshare Store if you are new to both timeshares and DVC. I have used them to buy and sell both DVC and Marriott timeshares. They have excellent reputation and on my first purchase spent considerable time patiently answering questions.

Timeshare Closing Service seems slow to me, they do get the job done, but at their own pace. Also not everyone there provides great information.

I almost pulled out of a deal based on information they provided me. Luckily for all parties involved the broker was able to get things clarified and moving in the right direction.

So I can't say much negative about them, but I can't say a lot positive either other than they do eventually get the job done. When calling today for the status of my contract which had hit the comptrollers website early last week, was told the documents would be sent to Disney some time this week, but they couldn't narrow it down more than to say it would be done by Friday.

If was a broker I'd likely look at other options to handle my closing.

Totally agree. I bought a Marriott timeshare a while ago, and the broker used Timeshare closing service as closing company. Maybe they get huge volume of documents and are not specialized in DVC, so they are slow. What bothered me was they were not responsive to my inquiry, so I had to push my broker several times during closing. But they did get the job done in the end, it took 3-4 months for the whole process, and Marriott does have ROFR like Disney.
