CityWalk Taxis after park closing

We are staying at a hotel on International Drive that offers free shuttle service to Universal, but the last shuttle leaves shortly after park closing. If we stick around CityWalk after the park closes, is there a taxi stand near the park exit that operates after the park is closed?

You can find a taxi on the ground floor of the central hub of the parking garage complex. Taxis are plentiful.
