CityWalk Restaurants at Park Closing

At park closing in mid-January (weekday) will there be a need for a reservation - I was thinking either Margaritaville or Latin Quarter. Also, if we wanted a quick meal - how is Pastamore Cafe? Is this Counter Service?

I hate to say absolutely not, but I can't imagine needing a reservation at either of those during that time - I've never needed a reservation at either of them even when there between Christmas and New Year, we just had to wait maybe 20-30 minutes.

Pastamore is good, and it is counter service.
