Tell me about City Walk. Four adults are going to be staying in Orlando one night, May 16, we will get there about 1:00pm. Can you purchase a ticket to go to City Walk without getting a Ticket into either park? Where can I find this info? Thanks in advance. We usually have kids with us and go to Disney, trying something new.

CityWalk is free and open to the public. The only things that cost money is the parking which is in the garage and the cover charges at the clubs. You do not have to purchase a ticket to the parks.

You can purchase a CityWalk Party Pass that would include cover charges for the clubs. Those tickets are $11.99 plus tax and can be purchased at the kiosk in front of the theater.

Parking is $15 before 6pm,$5 from 6pm to 10pm and free after 10pm.It's also free for Florida residents after 6pm and always free for preferred and premier annual passholders. You also get the Citywalk party pass free with multi day theme park tickets or you can add a movie or a meal to your party pass ticket. But as was said Citywalk is basically the shopping and dining/entertainment area between both parks as you walk from the garages to the parks.

To add on to what Metro said, a few of the restaurants (Margaritaville, Pat O'Brien's, Latin Quarter, and Bob Marley's) will charge a cover fee late at night (usually 9 or 10 pm) because of the entertainment. The Citywalk Party Pass will cover those fees too. You can also avoid that cover fee in you're already in the restaurant when that time comes around. That was my experiences with Margaritaville and Pat O'Brien's, but I'm not completely sure if Latin Quarter and Bob Marley do that too.

last fall i was at bob marley's and the cover charge began at 9:00.

it was announced at 8 and 8:30 for those dining at marleys had plenty of time to finish before the charge began.
