City Walk...worth it???

We are here now (Disney), and are trying to decide if we are going to head down there for the night. We have a car so transportation is not an issue. Just wondering if it is worth it.

PS. Just 2 adults, no kids this trip.

I love CityWalk. I think it's always worth it to try something new!

I'd say it'd depend partially on what you are looking for.

There are a few decent restaurants at Citywalk (and even more good ones at the resorts), but I'm not sure if that would be enough to make it worthwhile for you.

There is also the movie theater and mini golf which can be a lot of fun.... So Dinner + movie + minigolf could make it worth the evening for you.



And then of course, You have the clubs. There are several there that are quite good, and there is enough variety to cover most tastes.


personally, I always think a trip to Citywalk is worth it. But you know what your tastes are better than I, so it may or may not be worth it for you (compared to other things you could end up doing this evening).

one thing that may factor in...Parking. Since Citywalk parking is in the same garage as the parks, It's not free parking like at DTD. Parking is $15 before 6pm, $5 for non-Fl Residents after 6pm... and Free after 10pm.

If you like great bourbon and cigars (or one or the other), Cigarz at CW is highly recommended. Great place to unwind, have a few drinks, and their ventilation system is fantastic - no blue smoke cloud. Great selection of cigars, lots of high end drink selections as well as the usual stuff.

You wanna talk about magic? CityWalk is truly magical at night! The sights and sounds are wonderful and shouldn't be missed.
