City Walk Restaurants

Did I read that if you have an annual pass that you get FOTL access to City Walk Restaurants? or, is it for those stayin at a Univeral hotel or both?
How does this work?

I am interested to know about this, too. I think I have heard that if you show them your room key, you get bumped to the top of the wait list. I know that having an annual pass kept up from having to pay a cover charge at Margaritaville one night. They were showing a concert on TV and charging for it.

I know hotel guests get "priority seating" which means they'll give you the first available table that fits your party. But there might me 20 other parties with priority seating in front of you - so you don't just breeze right in and get a seat!

I don't know about the annual passholders.
