City Walk and transportation

We will be staying on the Boardwalk and would love to visit US City Walk. Won't have a car. What is best way to get there? Any idea of cost?

During our last trip, we took a taxi just to move from Universal to Disney and it was prohibitively expensive. I understand that Mears will provide transportation and you may want to call them. I don't know if any of the limousine companies do this?
