City Walk and Dining

Sorry if this has been asked before, but do you have to pay to enter city walk if you are dining (Motown Cafe) in the evening. If so, what time can you enter before being charged. We are staying at HRH one night and want to eat at Motown.

There is no fee to enter City Walk. Some of the clubs have a cover charge after a certain hour. No fee to eat at the restaurants.
