We were at the Philadelphia Zoo today. Another visitor gave us 4 City Pass books for the Philly area with 2 unused passes in each, 1 for the NJ Aquarium and for the Please Touch Museum.:cool1: There was not a date written on cover of the passes to tell us when the 9 day period started so we don't know when they expire. Does anyone know how they track the use if the first use date is not written on the cover of the City Pass? Thanks!

We just bought City passes for Boston. We had an option of buying a 3, 5, or 7 day pass (I think it was 7 .. but I am sure about the 3 or 5).
Are you sure it's a 9 day?
I would call maybe? I think it's the only way you could know.

At their website, they list their toll-free customer service number as (888) 330-5008 with hours of 8 a.m.-5 p.m. MT Monday - Friday and 8 a.m.-2 p.m. MT Saturday + Sunday. I would call them and ask them to verify how much longer the passes can be used. :goodvibes

On the Seattle ones... there are barcodes they have to scan... I would call.

I worked at a museum that was part of the Seattle CityPass... we had a special reader for the Citypass. The cards went in, were scanned, and the reader came up accepted/rejected and printed a receipt. That was the only way we knew if the pass was still valid. As the PP said, you'd have to call Citypass to ask about the passes you were given.

Thanks! There are barcodes on each pass. The cover says "valid 9 days" I will give them a call today:) Thanks!
