Citricos vs Narcoossee's: Which would you rather/why?

I prefer Citricos hands down. Narcoossee's does have the water view, etc but the service, food, and quietness (is that a word? lol) at Citricos wins me over every time. Narcoossee's food is good...but I've never had an AMAZING meal like I have at Citricos every time.
