Citricos or Narcoossee's?

We are staying at GF in Sept. and would like to try one or maybe both of these restaurants during our stay. My main question is which would be better with a 7yo? My ds is well- behaved (we eat out frequently)! But, I don't want him to be the only child there! I was leaning towards Narcoossee's (seemed more child- friendly) but have heard some negatives about service? How child- friendly is Citricos??? Any reviews of either would be appreciated! Also, any advise on which would be better for a family would be helpful! THANKS!

I've seen children at both restaurants, but Narcoosee's is more child-friendly because of its lakeside location, the fact that you can see the fireworks and Electrical Water Pageant from the restaurant, and the hardwood floor and oblong decore enforces a sense of informality.

Personally, I'd feel more comfortable taking a child to Narcoosee's. Citricos is truly a special dining experience - the best in WDW - and more adult.

We ate at Narcoosee's for the first time last month and it was awesome. It was myself, my DH and our 4 year old son. He was fine. We sat at the bar while waiting for our table and talked with Charlie the bartender and he was so great. Our meal was fantastic. We make it a point to try a new restaurant each visit. We have gone to Flying Fish, California Grill (without our DS) and Artist Point, Boma and now Narcoosee's. Next trip I would like to try Citrico's.

I am sure you wont but disappointed with either one, but have a great time

Although you will see a child here and there in Citrico's, Narcooses seems much more child friendly, and you will see a lot more families there.
