Citrico's or Flying Fish?

I am trying to finish up my last dinner place on our last night at The World. I am trying to decide between The Flying Fish or Citrico's. It is a very tough decision as they both sound like great places and could even cater to the kids (9 and 3.)
I actually have even toyed with the idea of trying to change my LeCellier dinner to a lunch so I can add both Citrico's AND The Flying Fish for dinners.

Thoughts?

We prefer the Flying Fish. We have done both more than once but always seem to try and make it to the Flying Fish. The food, service and atmosphere is great. Our 6 year old even likes it there!

This is a great idea, as both FF and Citricos are much better in all respects (food, service, decor, atmosphere) than Le Cellier.

I love both FF and Citricos, but if I had to choose between the two, I would go with Citricos. In any event, you cannot go wrong either way.

While I love Flying Fish, I would pick Citrico's.

Citricos is my second favorite of Disney's signature restaurants but Flying Fish is my first. If I could only pick one of the two, I'd definitely pick Flying Fish. Not only is the food good, I think it has a more lively atmosphere with the open kitchen and the fun decor.

I agree with everything you say here :thumbsup2

I love both, but if I could do only one it would be Flying Fish.

At Flying Fish I love their mussels, cheese plate, tomato mozzarella salad, scallops, and chocolate trio.:cloud9: At Citricos I love their crab gateau, pork, and used to love their berry gratin before they took it off the menu. My point is both are very good and you can't go wrong with either.

Definitely a tough choice! I would change Le Cellier in a heartbeat to do both Flying Fish and Citrico's.

I have never eaten at Citricos, but we love Flyin Fish. We went there with my 3 boys a couple years ago. We love being on the Boardwalk to walk around or if your not on the dining plan to get ice cream afterwards. Flyin Fish had great food!

I have not made it to FF yet (hopefully it fits in October) but I have done both Le Cellier and Citricos. Citricos was amazing! #1 for service of the entire trip which included 5 signature restaurants and #2 in food after Jiko!! Le Cellier was my least favorite of all the restaurants we went to including the CS one. It was not bad just nothing that we couldn't get at Outback or some other mid range steak place. This was also the only restaurant that we felt very rushed and DH and I are extremely fast eaters and felt most of the other restaurants were a little slow. Like I said it wasn't bad at all just not impressive and Citricos is awesome and I am sure FF will be just as good.

We loved Citricos! We went for the first time last year and loved it - its our favorite! Flying Fish just doesn't seem as good as in the past - IMHO.

I say Flying Fish! Been to both, but I'm a BW babe so I'll choose there everytime. (Plus, I love the atmosphere at FF as opposed to Citrico's) Good Luck w/ your decision and I agree w/ PP's- definitely a good switch from Le Cellier b/c I was not impressed the last time I was there!

I would agree with most on this board. I was not impressed with LeCellier when we ate their in 2005 for our honeymoon. Never been to Citricos. We have been to Flying Fish and loved it.

Going back to Flying Fish this August for our 5 year. We too are BW addicted. My opinion LeCellier is something to do once but FF and it seems Citricos only by what I read is a better experience.

Goodluck!

Thank you for all the replies. I actually ended up moving our Teppan Edo dinner to a lunch, kept the LeCellier dinner, and added both the Flying Fish and Citrico's dinner. Win-win(-win).

It sounded like both are really great, so now I get to try them both! :)
