Well, I've been to all 3 and my choices would be Narcoossee's and Jiko...or maybe Citricos.
Narcoossee's: The food and service were outstanding every time we've been. Delicious, perfectly prepared Maine lobster, tender filet, great crabcakes and calamari and my favorite DW dessert - the Almond Crusted Cheesecake. Great place to see Wishes and the Electric Water Pageant. You can either see them from your table, or if people are on the deck in front of you, you can go outside and join them.
Jiko: Interesting flavors and African influences on the food. I liked the wild boar appetizer and the filet. Also, excellent service. And what a great opportunity to explore the resort.
Citricos: Eventually I'll try it again because our experience was not typical. I've only been once and they were clearly having problems in the kitchen. We were seated 45 min after our reservation and service was very very slow. Our server was very good and did her best. She would clear the dishes and silverware and set out the next set of tableware, but it was 15 -20 minutes before the food arrived. This occured with every course. Because of this my entree was cold and had to be replaced. Discounting the problems they were having that night, the food was good and I liked the interior design of the restaurant with it's open kitchen.
Overall, I like all 3 restaurants and would go back to any of them. Definitely Narcoossee's and if unique food flavors are of interest, I'd choose Jiko, but they're all good choices.
