I've been reading about it and it looks great. Anyone really like it there? Or does anyone dislike it? We're thinking about giving it a shot but we're not sure. Any input would be great. Thanks!

DH and I  Citrico's. As a matter of fact it is on our "must do" list at least once a year.

We really enjoy the Six Hour Braised Veal Shank for an entree and the Crab Gateau for an appetizer. The wine pairings are very nice as well.

If you like Mediterranean (sp) cooking than you will enjoy Citrico's! We really enjoy the "adult" feeling of Citrico's with the lighting and soft color palette. As a matter of fact we rank it our number 2 restaurant ... right behind Vicky and Al's. We think it is heads above Cali Grill in terms of ambiance, food and service.

We have never had an issue with service ... as a matter of fact one of our favorite chefs who we met at Citrico's a few years back is now at Flying Fish and we still keep in touch (Hi Brett!).

First time was this past December and we fell in love with the place. In fact, we have an ADR for Cali Grill in October timed out for the fireworks and there's a VERY good chance it'll be getting cancelled because we really want to go back to Citrico's.

It's very much one of the best "secrets" in Disney. You can get an ADR at pretty much any time - the place was probably only 1/3rd full when we went. The meal was the best meal I've ever had at Disney, our waitress was wonderful, and the atmosphere was so relaxing.

We had the best meal we've ever had at WDW there in October. The service was great, food was excellent (best.filet.ever.), and it was a nice evening out.

We'll be back in the future!

I love Citricos! We had a great meal there several years ago. I had lamb that was fabulous. Our waiter was the best we've ever had...anywhere. He was helpful with suggestions, telling us what he thought was the best the restaurant had to offer. I already have our ADR for our trip in September. We're going the second night we're there.

It is good. Stay tuned for my review (hopefully today) of our meal there last Saturday!!

It is one of the best kept secrets at WDW. Great food and service. The veal shank is amazing.

Highly recommended.

Last time we had ressi Citricos. we asked at desk outside if could find the name of non-acholic wine we had Victoria and Alberts served my husband last we were there for dinner. We seated and we really forgotten that we asked. Well anyway our waitress bought us over a bottle the non-acholic was served to us in Victorias and Alberts. She asked my Dh if a wanted a glass and said yes and then asked me. Best part did not charge either glass. We would have been to pay each glass. Besides that along with with other people have best food. We also like over CG. We never had a gotten bad service or food.

It was one of our favorite meals on the last trip.

My mom got the veal shank, which she said was wonderful (only her scallops at Artist Point beat the veal shank). I had a filet which I remember being very good. Desserts were some of the best I had all week.

Wow. Not one bad review. :cool1: Well this weekend, I'll have to make some ADRs for Citricos then! Thanks very much!!!

Wait! One more.

I'm a vegetarian and have had varied success with food around WDW...mostly good. Citricos was one of my favorites! It's also a beautiful restaurant.

Scary - I went with my mom and she ordered the veal shank and I had the filet, LOL!

For the OP - mom loved the veal. It literally fell off the bone. She had just put her fork into it and the entire half fell to the plate, it was so tender. I had the filet - I ordered it well (I can only stomach a little bit of pink so I find it "safer" to just order well) and I am used to just running the risk of getting a tough piece of meat. This filet was just . . yum. My mouth is watering thinking about it (lunchtime!) It was so tender, still very juicy . . . not at all dry and tough. Great flavor . . . and the potatoes. . . so simple but SO good. Seemed like they were tossed in olive oil and salt and that was all the "seasoning" but it was oh so good.
