I've been reading some dining reviews on Citricos and have read that it seems to be the most formal of the signatures (outside of VA of course). Would it be really out of place for me to bring our almost 2 year old? For the most part she's very well behaved in restaurants. I just don't want her to be the only kid, get the side-eye from people for anything that comes out of her mouth.

Trying to find a restaurant for our anniversary dinner that can accommodate a special cake order. I've been pushing California Grill for the last few trips and DH keep shooting me down due to price. I'm paying for the meal, but if I say the name before we go, he'll be grumpy. If it's a different restaurant, he doesn't know the price ahead of time, then he'll just enjoy himself.

We had GFC reservations, but there is nothing on the menu that I like other than a burger, and I'd rather not eat a burger that night. I can get enough of those at the parks. We've tried 1900 PF and I thought it was terrible.

My only other thought was The Wave. Is the Wave more kid friendly? How does the food compare?

A sig is a sig restaurant, outside of V&A's. We have brought our grand daughter when she was 18 months old. I have said this before. If she acts up, her parents know one of them will be having a cold dinner. They will leave the restaurant with her, so as not do disturb other diners. Fortunately, this only has happened once and she is now 7, lol.

Go, enjoy your dinner at Citrico's, take the baby, just be prepared to have everything to go if the baby gets restless.

Agree!!
And for certain she won't be the only child there.

agree, she won't be. Either meal will be good, we would probably prefer the wave though. We tasted our grandaughters kids meal from there, it was excellent, lol.

The Wave has wonderful food and would be a great choice but if you want to go to Citricos then go. We're taking all three of our kids when we go in March. We found the signature restaurants to be just as kid friendly as non-character, TS meals inside the parks. So take her and enjoy!
