Citricos after MSEP & Wishes

What is the easiest way to Citricos after MSEP/Wishes? My gut tells me taking a boat to GF is probably quicker than waiting on the monorail line but I am not exactly sure. As of now Wishes is for 9 on the night in question and we were figuring on about a 9:50 dinner ADR (still have over 3 weeks until our 180 day mark...).

Also, to get back to AKL, the easiest way (without a taxi) is GF->DTD->AKL, yes?

It's a judgement call. When I leave the Magic Kingdom I look at the lines for the monorail vs the lines for the line for the boat dock. If the line to the monorail is back to the Magic Kingdom I grab a boat. It's kind of a game of chance. Sometimes the monorail is quicker. I wish I had a better answer. I've have good luck with both depending on the line size.

I'd go with the boat, unless the line was really long. The first stop for the boat is GF, whereas with the monorail the GF is the last stop before MK.

I would suggest earlier during your trip get an idea of how many people fit on a boat and how many boats are running. Then guesstimate the length of the line when you exit the Park.

The monorail holds a lot more people, and they will normally have either three or four of them on the Resort Beam at one time. Also, the monorail station is very close to (and on the same level as) Citricos while the boat docks down near Narcoossees.
