I don't know if this is the right forum or not but we were looking at la nouba for our september trip. has anyone been before and if so how is it? also is there any other place you can get cheaper tickets? thanks in advance.

Hi! I don't know if you've ever been to a Cirque show, but they are amazing! I have been to La Nouba twice, plus Quidam and O in Vegas & La Nouba is my favorite.

The last time I bought tix from Ticketmaster. I don't know if they were cheaper, but I was able to get front row seats, when Disney could only offer me the second section back. I don't know why Ticketmaster had such better seats available, but I would check there before you buy. The closer you sit, the more fun it is.

Have fun!

Its a great show....it does get pricey but well worth the money

There is another thread about this under the Theme Parks and Strategy board I think.

Anyway, La Nouba is AWESOME. We were in section 206 front row. This is the level 2 seating. The theatre is set up with stadium seating so there aren't very many bad seats. I would avoid the ones on the far edges. There is action everywhere so if you sit really close you might find your self having to look up or turn around to look back. I loved the second tier of seating because you could easily take in the big picture.

There are no words to really describe it, it is something you have to experience. I would love to go again especially if the show changes at some point.

frankly, it was really weird. Not near as good as any of the other cirque shows. It was late at night and all the kids fell asleep. :faint:

:thumbsup2 You can not go wrong by attending La Nouba. It is fabulous!!!
La Nouba was my first Cirque show, and since attending in May 2005, I have attended 2 of their traveling shows: Vareki and Delirium. Delirium is different in that it is more of a music show, but acrobatics etc is still involved. In September I am going to see another of the touring shows, Quidam.

Yes, it is expensive but is worth every penny. You will be in awe of the performers, and the musicians.
You can find out more information about Cirque du Soleil by visiting their website at cirquedusoleil.com

I can honestly say that I am a Cirque junkie.
Enjoy the show!!! :woohoo:
