Cirque du Soleil

Hi, I was wondering how many of you have been to see Cirque du Soleil, and what your opinion was of it. My DBF and I were watching a TV commerical about Las Vegas this weekend, and he made a comment that he always wanted to go to one of their shows. He doesn't know they have it at DW Hey he's clueless, and I'm the "Cruise Director", so I thought I'd surprise him and schedule it in!

I've been to Cirgue at WDW twice. Loved it both times.

BTW any seat you get is good.

if ya like what ya see on TV you will probably like the live show... every year during pledge drive it seems that PBS plays all 4 of the Cirque de So lame performances. If those are the shows you have seen, then you have seen it all it does not change or vary from that performance. For me, if I wanna see French Canadian clowns I'll watch Quebec parliament.

I honestly can't imagine someone not liking it. There's something for everyone and I think it's well worth the price. We've seen it four or five times.

Like the OP, my DH has always wanted to see this show. We are celebrating 20 years of marriage this September and his present....tickets to the Cirque for our trip in November.

The good news is you do not have to get the best seats to have a good view of the show. My daughter and I went last May and I think we got the middle priced seats and they were great!!!

We loved it. It kept my boys (4, 7, and 9 at the time) fully entertained, and we were at a late showing!

well worth the price. We were in the mid priced section, but there isn't a bad seat in the house.

I have not been to the one in WDW, but I have been to all the Cirque shows in Vegas. FANTASIC!

Thanks! I bought my tickets yesterday, I think I'm going to give them to my DBF with his Valentines Day card Oh, and just in case he's "lurking" around here....you better pretend to be surprised! And when I said you were clueless, I meant "Disney-Clueless" And since you here snooping on my posts, propose to me already will you?!
