Hi all!! Happy Memeorial Day!
Not sure which board is best to post this on....so here goes.

We have been on many DW trips and try to do at least one new thing each time we go. DD 13 has always wanted to see La Nouba. Have you done this? what did you think? How are the prices? Any codes or discounts available? Will ds 10 enjoy it too?
thanks in advance!!

We just saw the 9pm show on Friday May 18.
The next day was scheduled to be the last show for a 2 week period...so the shows should begin in about a week again.

My DD12 loved it!!
We all did!
DS9 actually fell asleep half-way thru...we'd had a very long day & it was the 8th day of our 9 day trip.

There is one act with 4 little girls that is just amazing!!

They have a snack special: 2 souvenir popcorn buckets with 2 souvenir soda bottles (free refills) for $18.00.

As for the prices...I'm not exactly sure as my MIL treated all of us.

I haven't recalled seeing any everyday type discounts, although I know they have offered them for DVC owners and AP holders in the past-usually there are specific dates tied to those discounts, but not always. It doesn't hurt to call and ask-I have found many times that they will not volunteer that info unless you specifically ask them. You could also look on http://www.allearsnet.com and http://www.mousesavers.com as they sometimes have that info on their site. We have not specifically gone to see La Nouba at DTD, but our kids have seen the performers while dining at Party for the Senses and they loved it (and are begging to go back this year).

There is only one owrd for Cirque - FANTASTIC!!! We went two years ago with DD1 -9 and DD2 - 2 and they were both left in awe. It was expensive but the best money sent on our last trip to Disney!! We are going again on June 12 with my mother and sister and DS - 7 months!! I would say def go - you will not be disapointed!

Claire.

I would definitely go. It's awesome. I was hesitant to take my then 8 y/o GD, but she loved it. I couldn't believe she could sit still that long, but with so much going on she sat almost like she was in a trance. We went the last night of our trip. Her grandfather picked us up the next night at the airport and asked her if she had fun. She immediately started talking about the La Nouba show. I think I paid $90.00 (+/-) a ticket, but the look on her face was worth it. We had excellent seats in the lower middle section, but there are really no bad seats in the house and even the level 2 or 3 seats supposedly aren't bad.

Go Go Go! We went years ago and we all loved it! Have since been to several other Cirque shows. We have already purchased tickets for all of us in Oct. Highly recommended!

Well I had questions a few months back...but the DIS'er talked me into it.
Going 6pm on June 16...Lord willing and the creeks don't rise.

For price...My Family of 4 got tickets (from a Discount Source) for a Total of $297. these were Catagory 2 Seats. (Not the Best...but not the Worst either.) So you might say prices are a little extreme.

Standard prices are :

Front and Center:
Adult (>9) $112 + tax
Child (3-9) $90 + tax

Category 1:
Adult (>9) $97 + tax
Child (3-9) $78 + tax

Category 2:
Adult (>9) $79 + tax
Child (3-9) $63+ tax

Category 3:
Adult (>9) $63 + tax
Child (3-9) $50 + tax

Discount ticket are available for Cat.2 Seats...got mine through an employer sponsored program...not sure you'd qualify...but here's the link anyway.
