Yes again!!!

Here is the question that has been asked many times. What are the best seats to get for Cirque du Soleil in Downtown Disney. We are going in Sept. and since the tickets are so expensive we would like to get the best (ie best view). Is it better to get the cat. 1 tickets or try to get cat. 2 tickets that are close to cat. 1.
Upper level, lower level, ??? I know some say that you should not get too close to the stage since you end up looking straight up during most of the show.

We have always sat in the upper level, center and front row! We love it there! All of the perfomers do a parade right before the show begins, and they walk right in front of you.
I love this show!

We haven't seen the show yet, but we got first row seats, because I've heard people say that when you're up that close, you feel like you're part of the show. The performers are close enough for you to see their facial expressions, their gestures. I've heard sitting upper and lower are two different experiences of Cirque, and we decided to have the up close and personal experience first!

Whatever decision you make, you'll have a wonderful time!

We just returned and had great seats. Cat. 2. Section 204 (mid section) row HH, seats 1&2.

I kept telling DH how I felt we must have had the best seats. The preshow is put on on the walkway between upper and lower level and I saw how the people down below had to turn to see the show. There were other times when I saw the lower section turning to see stuff. There were other times that I said to DH that there was no way the people down below could see certain things.

The first few rows of upper level were considered Cat. 1 and there isn't much difference between the first few rows. So if you do decide to go upper level, it isn't necessary to spend the extra bucks on the first few rows.

Anyway, you will get all kinds of answers. Just wanted to add my two cents.

Just got back.... We had great seats....Section 202 Row AA Seats 16,17,18,19. First row...performers go right in front of you at the beginning of the show, and at others times...Great seats, just off center. No one in front of you, easy to get in and out of if you have young children who need to get up. There is also a little ledge right in front of you that you can sit drinks, or food on. There is alos more leg room.
