I remember visiting this attraction sometime in the 90/s. Does anyone know where it was located in tommorwland, I remember standing there watching a film and I believe there were no handrails and there was like a police chase something like out of the old Hawaii five o. I thought it was a really neat attraction. The film was really old but I think that was part of the charm. Anyone else have memories of this?

So, I wrote this great reply "That would have been in Tomorrowland on the right just as you entered from the hub. In later years it became the location for TimeKeeper." and only later realized that the question was about Disneyland, not the MK at WDW.

I remember it vaguely but Sparky McGrew is right. I think it had an "America the Beautiful" theme or something like that? I was really young the last time we saw it and I didn't like it because you had to stand and the show was really long for an antsy little kid (such as I was).

Yes, it was America the Beautiful presented by AT&T. In the 1970's (and maybe even later), after the show you had the opportunity to enter a futuristic phone booth and make a long-distance call to anyone in the USA for free! (Long distance calls were expensive back in the 1970's.)

As noted this was located on the left as you entered Tomorrowland in Disneyland.

The "police chase" you're remembering was more likely the part of the film where the camera(s) were mounted on the rear of a hook & ladder truck racing through Los Angeles. However, this version only ran until 1979.

Here's a great recap of the show:
