That's my wedding anniversary Something tells me I'd better get mailed before that anyway, given the distance

I'm going to be at Disney from the 8-15th. so I'll have to mail early or have BF mail for me. (my one trip a year without him, he keeps inviting himself on my trips, I shouldn't have gotten him that AP for Christmas)

Yep, that was the plan ~ pics emailed with the theme details each time! I actually just planned on setting up a free photobucket account that I'd share the password on with her and than she could look them up anytime and it wouldn't slow down either of our computers/email programs.

I think it's doable, we'll have to see what Mazda thinks.

I think that sounds a great idea - I was looking at the box the Disney swaps came in today and thinking "this is not going to be do-able!"

If I am a virtual member, I can send the pages straight to the person after me to add in with hers, and as long as I see the e-mail pics of what's gone before that should be fine

Do you want to send my pages individually to me as you do them (when my virtual album hits you ), to spread the load?

I should be the last person to get your album, so I would just send it to you all at once. Since I'll have only one mailing to you it won't be too expensive over all (just don't decide to use Martha Stewart's albums! {hers are 18x18} )

would the books actually have to be sent to Mazda?
The person in line before her could email her the details of the book (theme, what's been done so far, etc.) and Mazda could do the pages and send to that person who'd put them in and then send to the person in line after Mazda. That would also be cheaper for Mazda to send too! And only Mazda's book would be need to be sent overseas when done!
I'd be willing to be the person working with Mazda. I'm on the east coast.

That sounds like a good idea.
Would Mazda would just have to send her album once, and then just an envelope that held the pages for the album that she "has" that month?

I could probably keep my book here and you all just send the pages - I'm still a little hazy about the precise mechanics (note - don't drink wine at lunch if you're trying to appear intelligent on the Disboards )

If you each do a message at the front of the book (do I have that right?) I could always send something for someone to paste in when my pages slide in.

This sounds like its going to be quite a challenge - please tell me honestly if its going to be too difficult and I'll back out.

Mazda it's fine! I really really mean it! I think it will be very cool to have some pages scrapped by you - especially depending on themes that may be picked it will be interesting to see your views. {INSERT ULTERIOR MOTIVE}
Besides since everyone wants to mail at the middle of the month, it's gives me a little extra time if I need it (the middle of the month is when I have the most time to work on scrapping, lol)

I know you usually use CM books you could just send enough of the pages over and keep the album at home or if it's anoth kind of album, just send the page protectors - if it's post bound you can even use rings to keep them together like a book.

I tend to just send around my pages in page protectors. I think it'll be fine. most sign in pages are just tags.

We'll just get your book state side and it will go round here and Mar will send it back to you when we are all done.

Basic mechanics of a CJ:
picture a big circle of friends, you, Marlynn, Me, FAnnF, Katdisney all sitting in a circle with our own books. You give Mar your book, Mar passes to me, I pass mine to Ann, Ann to Kat, Kat to you. We work on the books, when we finish, we pass to the book on to the same person, I will always send to Ann. When you get your book back your circle is complete. You will have a layout from each of us in your book.
