So the questions.

1)Do you want it to be Disney theme only?
2)What time of the month do you like to mail?
3)If we started sign ups on July 1, when would like to see the first mailing date/
4)Have you done a CJ before?
5)How large of a group do you want to cap it at?
6)What size album do you like to do?
7)Question, Comments, Other:

Everyone will do their own 2 page layout on your theme, so you would just have empty page protectors or pages for everyone to do their own pages.

You do a 2 or 4 page layout depending on the persons book and you do it from start to finish. each book will have a different theme too. Like favorite photo, recipes, all about you, etc... so when you get my book your section will have 2 blank pages to work on and get to do it the way you would normally do your own albums.
Does that make sense???

So the questions.

1)Do you want it to be Disney theme only?I think it can be any theme each person wants
2)What time of the month do you like to mail?It doesn't matter for me.
3)If we started sign ups on July 1, when would like to see the first mailing date/I would prefer starting our mailings in September so I have some time after school starts (Aug 13th)
4)Have you done a CJ before?yes the last set done through the disboards, I will admit to being late by a few days a couple of times on mailing.
5)How large of a group do you want to cap it at?I think 12 so we can get it back in a year.
6)What size album do you like to do?I do all different sizes so it doesn't matter except I would preefer being able to fit it in a priority mail box.

I will post sign ups on July 1 if that's good for everyone. We'll set the first mail date for September 15th.

That's my wedding anniversary :flower3: Something tells me I'd better get mailed before that anyway, given the distance:thumbsup2

The person who mails to Mazda every month is going to have some major stock in the postal system. Perhaps we should all send that person $5.00 to help offset that?

it was $37 to mail the paper box flat rate.

Mazda may need 2 full months each, unless she can crank the pages out in a week or 2. Mail time is where the issue would be. Has anyone FedExed anything over there? I wonder if it would take less time than regular mail.

Depending on where the circle starts and ends, the east coast is going to be the closest to her.

?
would the books actually have to be sent to Mazda?
The person in line before her could email her the details of the book (theme, what's been done so far, etc.) and Mazda could do the pages and send to that person who'd put them in and then send to the person in line after Mazda. That would also be cheaper for Mazda to send too! And only Mazda's book would be need to be sent overseas when done!
I'd be willing to be the person working with Mazda. I'm on the east coast.

And I could tell her the theme etc when I receive the book to do my pages and she'd have plenty of time to work on them and only a one-way lengthy ship time. So, they could all move around monthly!
