I agree with PP, the one I had was cold and very dry and this was relatively early in the morning - definitely before lunch. I loved the Main Street Bakery version, but these seem to pale in comparison. I have read that some people do get them served warm. Do I have to ask to have them warmed up?

Ours were warm. They tasted like warm cardboard with lots of icing. No flavor at all.
