Cinematic Spectacular Reserved Seating

Does Universal still sell the $15.00 reserved seating packages at Duff Brewery for the Cinematic Spectacular? I have seen it discussed on the other unmentionable website, but can't find the spot to buy tickets on Universal's site (though I did see where to purchase the Cinematic Spectacular dinner package at Lombard's).

We're not interested in the Lombard's package (not seafood fans here) but the Duff package might be a nice add on if its still offered.

I read about this on another website as well and then could not find the tickets so emailed them (the other website, not Universal). They told me the $15 reserved seating packages had been discontinued.

Sooo.. Duffs is a good place to catch the Cinematic Spectacular?? We didn't happen to see it either night we were there the last time. We might try to catch it this time. I was wondering if there was a decent (and hopefully FREE) spot that might be good to see it!

We sat out by the guard rails over the water in the Simpson area. Across from the store I think? Sorry, it's been a couple of years and can't remember the exact location. But we had a great view. The kids and I grabbed a spot while DH went and grabbed snacks for everyone. I remember we did get there kinda early and people watched until it was time for the show. It was neat, but probably not something we would take the time to do again

I considered the Cinematic Spectacular Dining Experience at Lombards, but I don't think it's worthwhile as I don't think my kids will enjoy the Cinematic Spectacular. I'm afraid we'll compare it to Fantasmic.

You really get a good view anywhere around the water........we have sat in loads of places and haven't missed anything
