Hi folks,

I've been lurking for a while and decided to join this great forum.

My beloved wife and I are taking are two kids (DD4 and DS2) to Disney World in Sept.

We are on the dining plan and have reservations for Cinderella's Royal Table at 14:10.

I've read mixed reviews on many websites, but to be honest I take them all with a grain of salt (and I read many more good reviews than bad ones). As far as we're concerned, DW doesn't have to cook and I don't have to clean = a good meal :)

I wanted to know if the characters are just as friendly at 14;00 vs. earlier?

That is one of the things I picked up from the "bad" reviews but any info would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks.

Cinderella is downstairs she doesn't go up in the resturant. She's great!
We love this place. Been here many of times for bk & din. It was always great. I look at it as dinner in the Castle in Disney World = AWESOME.:cool1:
Have a Magical Trip :thumbsup2

We had a 2:20 p.m. (14:20) in May. The princesses upstairs were great, Cinderella not so much. The food was great and we loved eating in the Castle. We saw Aurora, Belle, Ariel and Snow White. They did not look tired at all. Also, because the dining room was clearing out, I think they actually spent more time at each table than we experienced at other character meals. They were all great and did not seem rushed at all. Snow White and my 3 year old DD had quite a lengthy conversation about apples. Cinderella was terrible. She did not look quite right (which had nothing to do with the time of day) and she was clearly exhausted (or sick of the whole thing) which absolutely shows in our pictures. She was not very friendly. Also, because it was so late the picture line was done before we got a table, but she was still standing there to make sure no one else came in late. DD asked her a question (Where's Prince Charming today?) and she completely ignored her and turned away from her, even though we could tell she heard her. I'm not sure that one would have been so great even if we had an earlier time. My DD quickly dubbed her a fake Cinderella- she decided that she is just a stand in in costume because the "real" Cinderella is busy in toontown.

DH and I were there in early June. We had a ressie at 13:45. Cinderella spent several minutes with us; she really took her time with us and everyone else. Once we arrived upstairs the princesses took their time with everyone as well. The food was excellent; one of the best meals we had that week, and our waitress told us to take our time and relax. We really enjoyed dining at that hour...so much that we left a $40 tip. :lmao:
