Okay -- I want to test my skill at trying to book lunch at Cindy's for my DD, me and my youngest DS on the 10th day of our trip. When I call to make our ADRs I want to start with Cindy's in the hopes we get it. How does that work? I'm tempted to do a "trial" call today and see how the phone system works.

You can book this online. The phone system opens at 7:00AM est, but you can start making your online reservations at 6:00AM est.

If you would rather call, go ahead call and make notes regarding the phone system.

Thanks for the info!!

How does the 90+10 work then? For some reason I cannot access our ressie online. It gives me an error message. Somehow my email is screwed up in their system and when I try to retrieve my password it tells me the information I've entered (my last name and DOB) isn't what their records show. Do I have to be able to be in my online account and does it matter our ressies were booked by a travel agent?

When you go into the online system, look for (located above area where you input date and time):

Log In or Register
If you log in or register before you make your reservations, you can retrieve and view them later online.
Retrieve Your Resort Reservation
Do you have a Resort reservation for the same days for which you're making dining reservations?
If so, please retrieve your reservation.

Click on retrieve your reservation. Put in your resort reservation number and the phone number that is associate with it. If you can retrieve your ressie, just go in on the day you are supposed to be making your ADRs and you are good to go. If not, try calling Disney and see if they can add your phone number to your ressie. If not, then you have to wait and call.

Thank you so much! I did a practice try just now and it worked like a charm. Even my ressie number worked. YAY!:yay:

Good luck! For your best luck, try to schedule as far INTO your 90 + 10 as possible and you'll be fine......

Definitely ONLINE is the way to go though! :wizard:

I did almost all of my ressie except Cinderella and Fantasmic. Cinderella Royal Table asked me to pay and I am on the dining plan so I had to wait until the phones opened and it doesn't recognize Fantasmic dinners. So if you are on the plan you may have to call. But I thought it was so easy and loved the online booking!

When booking online, if you link your ADR's with your reservation, then they WILL ask for your credit card, but only use it as a hold. This of course, is only if you have the dining plan. If you have no dining plan, then yes, you will be immediately charged.

Didn't think about that but I looked for something on the screen saying it wouldn't be charged. Well if that's the case then book online much easier. I would log in and be ready by 6. But thats just me. I was able to get everything we wanted (Oct 16-23 w? fd pin). But my sister in law is going during the free dining(general code) and had a little more trouble getting exactly what she wanted.
