Glad to see I wasn't the only one!! I called at 7:00 am, on hold for 20 minutes, hung up and figured oh well...Told DD7 that Cindy's was out. At 9:30 took a chance and got thru and got the day and time I wanted w/out a problem!! Who knew! Can't wait to get the phone bill though. The Cm who helped me was wonderful and said it had been crazy since 7:00 am..something like 395 calls per minute. She did ask me what resort we were staying at prior to booking which makes me think you have to be onsite...anyone have any info on that?
