Thanks Marcia! I know I really didn't "deserve" a loss this past week b/c I didn't really work. I had a crazy and lazy week. When I wasn't busy I didn't want to exercise and it was TOM but I usually stay on track for TOM. I don't know what happened to me.
But, today starts a new day and week so my goals today are to get back to exercise everyday and to stay within point range (strictly follow points).
Someone posted a link to find out what your BMI is and I'm supposed to be 20-25 and mine was 34.3
!!!! That's just another reason to get motivated to get back on track.
