Cindy's deposit? How's it done?

Need some help here please. We have our ressie's (finally got in) for Cindy's and made my deposit for 4 of us with our CC. Now, when we finish our meal, I would like to take of the balance with cash. Will they just take that deposit off of our bill? Or will I have to charge the rest of it, which I don't want to do. We like to pay cash for everything on our vacation. Thanks for the help!
