I just tried to get g thorson's tips on how to book cindy's( from the cindy thread). It is not working. Does anyone know how to get to it to these tips? I know it discussed what time to begin calling and also What number to press when the lines were open. This seems a little different then when I called last year so I just want to be prepared ( valuable seconds could be wasted) Does anyone know What to do when the "open " recording picks up? Please hurry- I have to call wednesday!THanks!!!!!

I had printed the jthorson thread when I made my calls for our October trip, and it worked perfectly. Can't seem to find it now to give you the exact quote, but this is what I did.

Make your first call at about 6:45 eastern time. Do this just so you have the number set up in your speed dial. Begin calling at 6:56 (some people synchronize this with an official online timeclock, I did not). You will receive one of two messages, listen carefully. One says they're not open. If you get this, hang up and hit the speed dial again. The other message puts you in the cue (maybe someone out there can help with the exact wording, I can't remember). Once you're in the cue, hang on. When the CM answers the phone, they will begin with a greeting. INTERUPT them at this point and say, "Cinderella breakfast, date, party of __, first available." The CM I dealt with complimented me on being so well trained and gave me a reservation at 8:05!!!

Our breakfast happened to be on my birthday. All of the princesses, and several of the wait staff signed a card for me and brought me a cupcake with a candle and sang. My DD6 and Dniece10 were totally awestruck, my DS12 was mortified!! It was very special. We finished and were down at the entrance to Fantasyland before the ropedrop and my DD6 was selected to "open" the MK for the day. What a magical day!!

I started calling around 6:50 am. I just kept hitting redial. Make sure you cal the( 407- wdw - dine) number. I' m not sure of the exact words either but it is something about.... you have reached the the dining offices of the wdw resort our offices are closed.

I was so stressed out thinking I would not be able to get our ps...and we did on the first try.

I thought Cindys was open for booking 30 days prior - so I called exactly one month before departure.. of course it is open 60 days prior!! so I was a month late... and it was completely sold out.. duh!

Luckily, concierge at AKL was able to get us a spot... we were thrilled and the breakfast was just the best.
